Our unlimited transcription applies to day-to-day usage. Our fair use cap is set so that you’ll almost never hit it, and we’ll tell you if you’re getting close.
Archival projects, continuous live transcription and bulk volume transcription projects aren’t included. Contact us if your usage falls into that category.
What do you mean by “archive” or “large volume”?
Archival or Large Volume Use: if you already know the number of hours that need to be transcribed before you subscribe, we classify this as archive. This covers projects with large volumes, transcription of archives, etc.
